Our Aim |
At the core people long to be connected. Disconnectedness is man's most fundamental problem. Most of us have experienced (and are experiencing) a good many "misconnections." Our only hope is to get connected (or reconnected) to God and then to each other. Our aim is connect people to God and each other through Jesus Christ! We want to be a fellowship of "CONTAGIOUSLY CONNECTED CHRISTIANS!" |
Our Values |
Prayer. God's direct guidance, blessing and involvement in everything we do. God has to show up! Bible. Biblically grounded ministry and teaching that produces Christ-likeness in people's lives. People. The ability to befriend people and lead them to make a meaningful and genuine connection with both God and others. Worship. User-friendly worship services that communicate God's grace, truth and love in a dynamic impacting way. Small Groups. Small bands of friends providing each other a means of experiencing intimacy, accountability, support, and real change in one another's lives. Service. Every member in some way becoming a minister and using whatever resources God gives them to help others and serve God. Relationships. Teaching and programming that actually promotes Christ-like change in people's relationships, especially within family structures. Children & Youth. Kids come first. We will do everything we can to make sure kids know they are loved by God and us. New Churches. We want to re-invest our God given resources in the planting of new churches wherever God leads. |
Our Vision |
We see a church . . . Where God is working in extraordinary ways to connect people to Himself and each other in ever growing and deeply satisfying relationships. Where people use whatever resources they have to help others to grow in their relationship with God and one another. Where people learn and actually adopt new ways to relate to each other, especially within their families. Where other new and dynamic churches are born out of this church's ministry Where the Christian faith is not a religion but a relationship - with Jesus Christ, the greatest relationship builder of all time. Jesus Christ is The Connection! |
